Customer Reviews
Solid reformer, quick delivery
Ordered a Wood Pilates Reformer. It arrived in about a week. Quality feels good. Easy to assemble. No complaints here.
Decent value for the money
I was looking for a good deal on a reformer and PersonalHour popped up. I snagged the Aluminum Pilates Reformer during a seasonal promotion, which saved me a bit. I also signed up for the newsletter to get an extra 5% off, every bit helps! The reformer itself feels well-made for the price I paid. I was a bit worried it wouldn't feel as premium as some other brands, but it's held up well so far. The shipping was free, which was a huge plus for such a large item. Overall, I feel like I got a good deal and it was worth the money spent.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This isn't my first purchase from PersonalHour; I previously bought a Pilates Cadillac and some Resistance Bands. This time I opted for the Pilates Studio Bundle, and once again, the quality is exactly what I expected. The equipment arrived well-packaged and the delivery timeline was consistent with my last order – about a week and a half for the larger items. I appreciate that their customer service has always been helpful when I've had questions about specific products, and that reliability is why I keep coming back. It's comforting to know what you're getting, and they deliver on that.
Easy to set up, good for home
Got the Foldable Pilates Reformer last month. Came quicker than I thought, like 5 days to reach Atlanta. It was super easy to set up, which was a relief. Been using it a few times a week with the app, and it's been great. Feels pretty solid even though it folds up. Happy with it.
Good reformer, shipping could be faster
I ordered the Home Pilates Reformer a few weeks ago, and it's been a solid addition to my home gym. Assembly wasn't too bad, just took some time. The build quality feels really sturdy, which was important to me. I've used the integrated workout app a few times, and it's pretty decent for guided sessions. My main critique would be the shipping time; it took 10 days to reach my place in Texas, which felt a bit long. Also, the Padded Foot Plate I added felt a little overpriced for what it is, but it does its job. Overall, good value for the price, but they could improve on delivery speed.

Are these reformers actually good quality? Kinda worried about dropping a lot of cash on something that might feel flimsy after a few months.
Hey, thinking about grabbing a home reformer from PersonalHour. Anyone know how long shipping usually takes, especially to California?
